Gretchen has a background in Modern Dance and Gender Studies, is trained as a Birth Doula, and Certified as a Fertility Awareness Educator. She is a passionate entrepreneur with a love of all-things fertility, birth, and parenthood. Gretchen is committed to shedding light on topics that are rarely completely understood - the menstrual cycle, conception, and birth.
